A study performed by The University of Texas at Austin discovered the water in the spring has not been exposed to sunlight in over 1,000 years. The lack of UV radiation, coupled with the minerals imparted after the water has traveled through miles of underground rock and limestone, creates a smooth and slightly sweet finish to our award-winning vodka.

Pour vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour vermouth into a chilled martini glass and swirl and discard. Strain the vodka into the chilled glass and garnish with 1 or 3 olives.
